| Inspection completed during the Kent Heritage Festival 2023 and MFSO was set-up on the Main FSO parking spaces. No Violations were observed at the time of inspection. Only cold beverages are provided at the time of inspection. MFSO operations are required to be provided with working hand sinks in the food preparation areas. A temporary hand washing station was provided (allowed with temporary operations). Notes:1) Proper hair coverings is to be warn by all employees working in the food preparation area. 2) Only a plain banded ring is may warn by food handlers. 3) Fake or painted finger nails are allowed if proper glove use is completed. |
