MRFE license was not posted at the facility. The original MRFE license is required to be present when in operation. If the MRFE is operating at multiple locations at the same time, multiple licenses are required.

| Observed proper labels and staff was knowledgeable. MRFE was able to provide a picture of the license at the time of inspection. According the PIC, the licensed MRFE was at another farmers market location. Since this the food sold is cottage food, a license is not required at a registered farmers market. A license is only required when the cottage food operation is selling outside of a Farmers Market or other Retail Food Licensed location. A event like the craft beer festival requires a license. |
