Food improperly slacked. Observed frozen juices stored above the milk refrigeration unit, not being slacked under refrigeration.

Plumbing system not properly maintained or repaired. Observed odor appearing from the grease trap.

Floors near the grease trap not maintained clean. Floors under the refrigeration units not maintained.

PIC stated the oven is heats foods inconsistently, ensure circulation is functioning properly.
Please contact the health department prior to bringing in new equipment if needed.
