3717-1-06.1(M) / Outer openings - protected.
Repeat Outer opening not protected. Observed doors to the storage sheds not tight fitting (behind and side of building) and door to the main store. Observed pest entry points (exterior holes) for the shed.

3717-1-06.4(H) / Cleaning and maintenance of plumbing fixtures.
Plumbing fixtures unclean in the employee restroom.

3717-1-06.4(N) / Maintaining premises - unnecessary items and litter.
Repeat Unnecessary or nonfunctional items and /or litter on premises. Observed old equipment and plastic containers throughout the exterior of the property.

3717-1-06.4(A) / Repairing.
Repeat Physical facilities not maintained in good repair. Observed damaged floors, walls, ceilings throughout the building and sheds. Stained ceilings throughout. investigate and repair leaks. Areas are difficult to maintain clean.

3717-1-06.2(I)(1) / Lighting - intensity (10 FC)
Repeat Light intensity less than ten foot candles in dry storage shed.

Comments
Due to the facility not having a three-compartment sink, there is no means to properly clean and sanitize equipment.
The coffee dispensing equipment shall be removed, used for employees, or for customers to use for free.
Extension cords shall only be used for temporary use. Ensure extension cord ran to the dry storage shed is being used safely. Please consult with the Fire Department.

The violations documented are to be corrected and will be checked during next standard inspection.
