| Complaint on 31-Oct-2023 : A complaint inspection was conducted in response to a sick customer. The customer states that a smoothie was consumed 10/22/23 and they became ill in the following days. The PIC was knowledgeable. A sick policy was available for review with PIC. The PIC states that there have been no reports of sick employees or customers over the last two weeks.
