| Complaint on 20-Jan-2022 : An inspection was conducted in response to a recent complaint. A customer ate at Henry Wehner's on 12/10/21 and later became ill with E.Coli from an unknown source. At time of inspection, the PIC was very knowledgeable about proper food safety. A proper employee sick policy was available for review. The PIC states that no customers or employees have reported illness in the last several weeks. The PIC states that food providers have not issued any recalls in the last several weeks. There is a proper consumer advisory on the menu. The PIC states that beef is provided from two sources (USFoods and Canton Hotel). |
