Complaint on 19-Dec-2022 :

An inspection was conducted in response to a recent complaint. The customer states that her family got sick after eating prime rib ordered from Henry Wahner on 12/16/22. The food was taken as a to-go order and eaten by the family 12/17/22. Ten people in the family were sick the following days.

The PIC is knowledgeable about the proper employee sick policy which was reviewed at time of inspection. The PIC states that there have not been any ill employees over the last week. The PIC states that no customers have contacted her about becoming ill over the last week. The PIC was knowledgeable regarding proper food safety.
