[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-03.2(I)(2) / Storage or display of food in contact with water or ice - unpackaged foods
Repeat Unpackaged foods improperly stored/displayed in direct contact with undrained ice. Observed raw shrimp and other fish in containers with ice at the end of the long produce display refrigeration unit.

3717-1-04.5(D) / Nonfood-contact surfaces - cleaning frequency.
Repeat Non-food contact surfaces throughout the facility (shelving, equipment, prep sink area, front counter area, etc. not cleaned at the required frequency to prevent build up of dirt and debris

3717-1-06.4(B) / Cleaning - frequency and restrictions.
Repeat Observed floors thoughout the facility not maintained clean. Any damaged flooring shall be replaced to allow for easy cleaning.

3717-1-02.4(B)(2)(k)/PIC: Demonstration of Knowledge - Explaining correct procedures for cleaning and sanitizing
PIC unable to demonstrate knowledge of cleaning and sanitizing. Observed no approved sanitizer available and operation were only washing dishes in the three-compartment sink.
3717-1-03.5(C)(1)/Food labels - packaged food
Label on a foods packaged in-house did not contain all required information. Observed labels on packages meat, fish, and vegetables that were missing the products common name, cut of meat, address, etc. Owner removed products without proper labeling. Ensure label is correct for all packaged products before displaying item for sale.
3717-1-04.8(E)(1)/Single-service and single-use articles - storage
Observed multiple boxes being stored on the floor in the back of the retail and at the back in the kitchen area at the time of inspection. PIC picked up some boxes and stored them properly.
3717-1-04.2(J)/Cleaning and Sanitizers - Availability
Sanitizers not available in the RFE. PIC stated they will go next door to buy bleach to use as a sanitizer.
3717-1-06.4(N)/Maintaining premises - unnecessary items and litter.
Unnecessary or nonfunctional items and /or litter on premises. Observed multiple uneccesary items such as building tools, car equipment, etc. that shall be seperated and stored away from the operation.
3717-1-04.2(A)/Equipment - cooling, heating, and holding capacities.
Inadequate equipment available for cold holding food. Observed the produce display refrigeration unit not holding TCS foods under 41 degrees F.
3717-1-04.4(A)(2)/Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted. Observed towels under the display freezer doors in the middle section. The area around the door is starting to build up an unknown black substance.
3717-1-06.4(B)/Cleaning - frequency and restrictions.
Floors in the back room and the back of the retail store not maintained clean. Boxes and other items shall be stored up off the floor to allow for cleaning.

The remaining violations shall be corrected and will be checked during next standard inspection.
