Critical Corrected During Inspection Working containers of poisonous or toxic materials not properly labeled. A chemical spray bottle was not labeled. The PIC immediately corrected the violation once it was identified.

No towels or drying device at the handwashing sink.

3717-1-04.1(KK) / Food equipment - certification and classification.
Repeat Equipment not approved by a recognized testing agency. Multiple pieces of non-commercial equipment (toaster, blender, griddles, etc.).
