Repeat Facility does not have an employee with manager certification in food protection.

3717-1-06.1(M) / Outer openings - protected.
Repeat Outer opening not protected. Observed gaps along bottom of exterior doors next to the kitchen (playground entrance/exit). Weather stripping appeared damaged.

3717-1-04.1(H) / Nonfood-contact surfaces - cleanability
Nonfood-contact surfaces not easily cleanable. Observed shelving in the dry storage room made of unfinished wood.

Comments
Ensure single-use articles are covered when in storage. Items removed from original packaging shall be protected when stored and dispensed.
The warming and oven equipment are starting to deteriorate and appear difficult to clean.
PIC stated the oven and warmer equipment are in poor condition. Please contact the health department prior to bringing in new equipment if needed.

The violations documented shall be corrected and will be checked during next standard inspection.
