[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-03.2(U) / Food display - preventing contamination by consumers.
Critical Observed food on display/student self service line was not properly protected from contamination by consumers at the time of inspection. Service line was not provided with a proper sneeze guard.
To prevent contamination, except for nuts in the shell or whole, raw fruits and vegetables that are intended for hulling, peeling, or washing by the consumer, food on display shall be protected from contamination by the use of packaging; counter, service line, or salad bar food guards; display cases; or other effective means. Food employee switching from cash register to serving food caused food to be left out unprotected. A sneeze guard shall be provided on the self service line or an additional employee shall be hired to help with serving.

3717-1-03.5(C)(1) / Food labels - packaged food
Observed food (cookies) packaged in the facility out on display on a serving table that did not contain a label at the time of inspection.
TO prevent health hazards, packaged foods shall be labeled as specified in 21 C.F.R. 101 and 9 C.F.R. 317. Provide a card or sign stating the common name of the food items and have the ingredients of the products available for allergery awareness.
3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Observed non-food contact interior surfaces of the milk cold holding unit dirty at the time of inspection. The gaskets had an accumlation of debris and in the back of the unit a pile of water was observed.
To prevent health hazards, nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept clean. Clean and maintain the milk cold holding unit.

Facility appeared to be well organized and clean at the time of inspection.
The PIC demonstrated knowledge in food safety.
Equipment that is nonfunctional or no longer used shall be removed from the premises.
The violations documented on this report will be checked during next standard inspection.
