| Ensure the drainage line from the condensing unit in the walk-in is directed into a floor drain with an air gap. Floors, walls, and ceiling shall be smooth and easily cleanable. Any damages in the facility shall be repaired to allow for cleaning. Sinks shall be secured and sealed to the walls. The violations documented shall be corrected and will be checked during the follow-up inspection. |
