Comments
No violations were documented at the time of inspection. Observed the facility to be clean and organized. Staff were properly washing hands when required, where hair coverings and ensure proper cooking temperatures by using a calibrated temperature measuring device.

Ensure verification of employee illness training is readily available for all employees present. Person In Charge and ODH certifications shall be available for review.

Observed clean-up kits. Ensure there is a procedure that guides the staff in what to do when a issue may occur within the FSO or in the dining room. Even though the staff will not be cleaning up the issue, they need to know the proper steps to take to ensure exposure is reduced.
