No written procedures for time as a public health control for TCS dairy products at customer self service counter. Provide a procedure that meets the requirements of the food code and post with in the FSO.

3717-1-03.2(K) / In-use utensils - between-use storage.
Corrected During Inspection In-use utensils improperly stored. Observed handle of the avocado spreading utensil to be in contact with the avocado. Manager corrected the issue and discarded the avocado.

3717-1-04.8(E)(3) / Single-service articles and single-use articles - storage.
Single-service and single-use articles not protected from contamination. Observed single use beverage containers were removed from original packaging and displayed in a location exposes the lip contact surfaces to contamination by the register.

3717-1-05.1(Q) / Scheduling inspection and service for a water system device.
Water treatment device was not inspected/serviced with documentation as required. Observed water filter on the Coffee brewing equipment and capuccino machine are overdue to replacement.

Repeat Light intensity less than ten foot candles in required areas. Observed a light bulb in the walk-in cooler was in need of replacement. Light was observed to be below 10 foot candles at the time of inspection.
