Comments
In order for a Retail Food Establishment license to be issued, the following must be completed:
Provide non-wood material shelving in the walk-in Cold and Freezer units.
A "Employees must wash hands" signage at the designated hand washing sink next to the 3 compartment sink.
Observed water to back up from the open floor drains (in front of 3 compartment and food preparation sink) when water was used. Contacted a Licensed Plumber regarding the sewer odor and back up in the back room of the operation..
Provide approved detergent and sanitizer (with proper testing kit) for ware washing in the 3 compartment sink.
Primary hot water generator has been changed to a Tank-less unit. This change shall be completed under permit from the Kent City Building Department. Provide documentation that the new unit was inspected by the plumbing inspector.
Provide documentation of at least one individual with approved Person In Charge training.
Provide a certificate of occupancy from the Kent Building Department.
