Jewelry other than a plain ring is not permitted to be warn when preparing foods. Fake finger nails or painted nails shall be gloved at during food prep and service. Observed the MFSO to be very clean. Hot and cold running water was available. Observed cold food and hot foods to be holding at acceptable temperatures. |
