Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted. Observed upright reach in cooler was not working at the time of inspection. Due to current menu and food source, the additional cold holding is not needed. Repair cooler when able to ensure proper cold holding capacity is available.

Notes to follow up on:
1) Complete the corrections per the Fire Safety inspection by the Kent City Fire Inspectors.
2) Hood ventilation exterior of the MFSO (grease dripping down) are need of service/cleaning.
3) Clean under fryer equipment.

Manager was able to demonstrate knowledge and that many of the items from the previous inspection have been address. No follow-up inspection is needed at this time.
