3717-1-05.1(O)(2) / Using a handwashing sink - other uses prohibited.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Handwashing sink is being used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed apron in the hand sink at the pizza station and a hotel pan in the hand sink at the grill station. PIC removed items from sink.

3717-1-04.8(E)(3) / Single-service articles and single-use articles - storage.
Single-service and single-use articles not protected from contamination. Observed cups at service counters removed from original packaging or not in an approved container that protects the mouth/lip contact surface.

3717-1-04.1(H) / Nonfood-contact surfaces - cleanability
Nonfood-contact surfaces not easily cleanable. Observed black warming equipment at the serving window (landing zone) chipping and difficult to clean and the fry basket area in poor condition.

3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted. Observed ice build-up in the good humor freezer in the retail store near the checkout counter.
