3717-1-03.5(C)(2) / Food labels - packaged food
A label on a food packaged in the RFE or FSO did not contain all required information. Observed packaged Grasslands baked goods without a proper label at time of inspection.
To honestly present food, provide proper labels including ingredient lists on all packaged foods. Foods shall be labeled as specified in this rule.
3717-1-06.4(A) / Repairing.
The physical facilities are not being maintained in good repair. Observed a clogged mop sink and a leaking hand washing sink at time of inspection.
To prevent contamination, repair both sinks. The physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair.
3717-1-06.4(B) / Cleaning - frequency and restrictions.
Observed a build-up of dirt, dust, and debris along the floors of the storage closet and food preparation area at time of inspection.
To prevent contamination, clean the floors. The physical facilities shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean, and cleaning shall be done during periods when the least amount of food is exposed.
3717-1-06.4(N) / Maintaining premises - unnecessary items and litter.
Observed unnecessary or nonfunctional items in the rear storage room at time of inspection.
To promote proper cleaning, remove all nonfunctional items from the rear storage room. The premises shall be free of Items that are unnecessary to the operation or maintenance of the FSO or RFE such as equipment that is nonfunctional or no longer used and litter.
