[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-06.1(M) / Outer openings - protected.
Repeat Outer opening not protected. Observed front entrance door not self-closing and tight fitting.

3717-1-04.8(E)(1) / Equipment, utensils, linens - storage.
Improper storage of single-service and single-use articles. Multiple boxes were being stored directly on the floor in the bathroom and in the dry storage shed.

3717-1-06.4(H) / Cleaning and maintenance of plumbing fixtures.
Plumbing fixtures unclean in the employee restroom.

3717-1-05.4(P) / Maintaining refuse areas and enclosures.
Repeat Improperly cleaned storage area for refuse, recyclables, or returnables. Observed trash scatted throughout the property. Observed garbage bags of items in the small shed behind the building.

3717-1-06.4(A) / Repairing.
Physical facilities not maintained in good repair. Observed damaged floors, walls, ceilings throughout the building and sheds.

3717-1-06.4(B) / Cleaning - frequency and restrictions.
Facility not maintained clean. Per discussion with employee, high touch areas are being cleaned frequently as needed and at minimum every 2 hours.

3717-1-06.4(N) / Maintaining premises - unnecessary items and litter.
Repeat Unnecessary or nonfunctional items and /or litter on premises. Observed old equipment and plastic containers throughout the exterior of the property.

3717-1-06.2(I)(1) / Lighting - intensity (10 FC)
Repeat Light intensity less than ten foot candles in required areas. Observed measured light intesity of the dry storage shed less than 10 foot candles.

Comments
Discussed COVID-19 protocols (face coverings, social distancing, cleaning and sanitizing, sick policy, etc.) during the inspection with the person-in-charge.

Due to the facility not having a three-compartment sink, there is no means to properly clean and sanitize the coffee dispensing equipment and shall be removed, used for employees, or for customers free use.
Single service articles intended for food or lip contact shall be left in the original wrapping or stored in a dispenser that protects it.
Extension cords shall only be used for temporary use. Ensure cord ran to the dry storage shed is being used safely. Please consult with the Fire Department if needed.
Observed water ponding underneath the sink and near the water heater. No leak was evident, water shall be removed and investigated to find the cause and make the necessary repairs.
Scented bleach shall not be used within the facility.

The violations documented shall be corrected and will be checked during next standard inspection.
