Critical Observed multiple dead cockroaches in the basement at time of inspection. The PIC hired a pest control operator to treat the building 4/12/24. Education was provided about proper pest management.

A complaint inspection was conducted in response to a photo of a dead cockroach in the dining room. The inspection confirmed the concern and the PIC hired a contractor to treat the building. A re-inspection will take place 4/23/24.
