[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-03.4(F)(1)(b) / Time/temperature controlled for safety food - cold holding.
Critical Corrected During Inspection TCS foods not being cold held at the proper temperature. Observed back-up refrigerator holding a few items (not for sale) over 41 degrees F at the time of inspection. PIC called a technician to service the equipment at the time of inspection. PIC will voluntarily discard the product and notify the Health Department when the back-up refrigerated is repaired and holding tcs foods under 41 degrees f.

3717-1-04.1(Y) / Temperature measuring devices.
Observed back-up cold holding equipment (storage) thermometer was missing, located incorrectly, or not easily readable.
