3717-1-03.4(G) Critical Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, TCS foods held refrigerated for more than 24 hours were not properly date marked. Observed antipasta without proper date marking at time of inspection at the cold cut counter. To prevent foodborne illness, refrigerated, ready-to-eat, TCS food held at a temperature of 41°F or less for more than 24 hours shall be clearly marked at the time of preparation or the time the original container is opened to indicate the date or day, that is a maximum of seven days, by which the food shall be consumed, sold, or discarded. 3717-1-05.4(F)(2) Observed accumulation of debris in outdoor waste handling units at time of inspection. Receptacles and waste handling units for refuse or recyclables such as an on-site compactor shall be installed so that accumulation of debris, and insect and rodent attraction and harborage are minimized and effective cleaning is facilitated around and under the unit. ![]() |

Very clean facility. The trash compactor may not be working correctly. There is a strong trash odor near the trash compactor inside the building. Also, there is a large amount of trash spilled outside of the trash compactor behind the building. |
