[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-02.2 (C ) / Hands and arms: when to wash
Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed food employee did not wash hands when required. Employee did not wash hands prior to donning gloves to serve a waffle.

3717-1-03.2(M) / Wiping cloths - use limitation.
Repeat Improper use and/or maintenance of wiping cloths. Observed multiple wet wiping clothes stored on the counters at the time of inspection. Wet wiping clothes used for cleaning or sanitizing shall be stored in the correct solution and concentration.

3717-1-03.2(K) / In-use utensils - between-use storage.
Repeat In-use utensils improperly stored. Observed spoons used for drink preparation are being stored in a container of room temperature water. If spoons are to be stored in water the water must have a temperature above 135 degrees F or a dipping well may be used.

3717-1-04.1(KK) / Food equipment - certification and classification.
Equipment not approved by a recognized testing agency. Observed unapproved containers being reused to make black tea. Observed stained containers in the prep area.

3717-1-04.1(H) / Nonfood-contact surfaces - cleanability
Repeat Nonfood-contact surfaces not easily cleanable. Observed a crack in the preparation table (granite) that allows for liquids to accumulate and leak through onto products on the shelf below.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Observed accumulation dust, dirt, food residue and other debris on the waffle makers, containers above the ice machine, cooler on the prep table used for ice, and the knife block above the three-compartment sink.

3717-1-05.1(S) / Plumbing system - maintained in good repair.
Plumbing system not properly maintained or repaired. Observed leaking plumbing fixture for the three-compartment sink.

3717-1-06.4(B) / Cleaning - frequency and restrictions.
Facility not maintained clean. Observed the floor in the service and preparation area with accumulation of debris, food debris and dirt along the permiter and under equipment. Items shall be stored 6 inches off the fllor to allow for easy cleaning.

3717-1-06.4(N) / Maintaining premises - unnecessary items and litter.
Unnecessary or nonfunctional items on premises. Observed multiple pieces of equipment that are in disrepair and are no longer used that shall be repaired or removed from the facility. Employee belongings shall be stored in a designated location and away from the operation's items.

Ensure proper warewashing occurs every 4 hours for equipment and utensils that come in contact with TCS foods and every 24 hours with non-TCS foods.
Observed multiple items stored on the floor under equipment. PIC stated these items are employee belongings and will be removed.
The violations documented shall be corrected and will be checked during next standard inspection.
