[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-03.4(G) / Ready-to-eat, time/temperature controlled for safety food - date marking.
Critical Repeat Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, TCS foods not properly date marked. Multiple TCS foods (meatballs, ground beef, sausage, steak, ham) were improperly date marked for 8 days. Education was provided to the PIC about proper date marking.

3717-1-03.4(H)(1) / Ready-to-eat, time/temperature controlled for safety food - disposition.
Critical Repeat Corrected During Inspection Ready-to-eat, TCS food not properly discarded when required. Meatballs with a preparation date of 6/27 and ground beef with a preparation date of 6/23 were in the cold holding units. The PIC voluntarily and immediately discarded the items once the violation was identified.

3717-1-04.8(A) / Equipment and utensils - air-drying required.
Equipment and utensils are not being air dried. Ware washed food storage containers were stacked together wet without proper air drying.

3717-1-06.4(A) / Repairing.
Multiple light bulbs are not working in kitchen.
