In order for a Retail Food Establishment license to be issued, the following must be completed:
Provide documentation of at least one individual with approved Person In Charge training.
Provide a certificate of occupancy from the Kent Building Department.
Remove all hazardous chemicals, maintenance equipment, Berkel Slicing equipment form the back preparation room.
Provide a NSF or equivalent agency approved scale.
This is not a complete list and is subject to change upon additional inspections.
If a risk class 1 license is issued, only risk class 1 approved activities are permitted (no cooking, washing of foods, cutting foods)
A RFE license will not be issued until the approved items have been provided.
