Comments
Observed missing ceiling tiles above the ice machine. Ensure the tiles are reinstalled.
Ensure prep surfaces (specifically smoothie area) and equipment that are not movable are completely sealed with caulk.
The ice machine shall be maintained cleaned and ensure exterior surfaces shall be clean to sight and touch.
Ensure water filters for the coffee brewing equipment and ice machine are being serviced.

The violations documented shall be corrected and will be checked during the follow-up inspection.
The follow-up inspection has been scheduled for January 17, 2023 due to operation closing for winter break on campus.
