Complaint on 17-Oct-2017 :
A complaint was received via phone regarding a possible foodborne outbreak.

The operation showed no evidence of improper food safety regarding the complaint at the time of inspection .
Per discussion with PIC, there has been no recent reports of sick customers or employees.
Food is being received from an approved source.
Observed the measured temperature of cooked scrambled eggs at an acceptable temperature at the time of inspection.
Foods are being fully cooked unless otherwise disclosed on the menu with proper consumer advisory.
Color coded cutting boards are used to prevent cross contamination.
Observed proper handwashing and gloves are being worn for ready to eat foods.
Additional food safety was reviewed with the PIC at time of inspection.
