Observed a build-up of dirt, grease, and debris along a portion of the exhaust hood and the hard to reach areas of the floors of the FSO at time of inspection.
To prevent contamination, thoroughly clean the FSO. The physical facilities shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean, and cleaning shall be done during periods when the least amount of food is exposed.

| Complaint on 20-Apr-2018 : An inspection was conducted in response to a recent complaint from the Kent Fire Department. Please see the standard inspection for additional details. The fire department was concerned about the grease build-up along the exhaust hood. A portion of the exhaust hood was in need of a cleaning and the violation was documented. The PIC stated that the hoods are scheduled to be cleaned by a professional contractor in May of 2018. |
