| Complaint on 22-Mar-2021 : An inspection was conducted in regards to a complaint. Per complainant: Employees are not wearing masks or face coverings. The ones that do never have them on correctly. This has been an ongoing issue. Complaint findings: Observed employee wearing mask correctly at the time of inspection. Observed no signage regarding COVID-19 symptoms. Mask required sign and COVID-19 sign was provided. The complaint is now considered closed. |
