3717-1-05.1(J) Critical Repeat No approved backflow prevention device on the plumbing system for the ice machine in the back and the coffee brewing equipment at the front counter area. Please provide documentation that a backflow prevention device was installed (appears to have a flow regulator).

Due to scheduling conflicts the follow-up inspection was postponed until today. The remaining violations shall be corrected and will be checked during next standard inspection.
