| This Mobile Food Service Operation (MFSO) has undergone a prelicensing inspection and has been approved to be licensed. A signed application and license fee for the amount of $228 was received at the time of inspection. Observed a proper 3 compartment ware washing sink and designated hand washing sink. Observed proper hot and cold running water at the time of inspection. test strips, sanitizer, soap, paper towels, etc. were all available. Commissary location will not be used at this time.
