| Complaint on 23-Dec-2020 : Complaint on 23-Dec-2020 : Inspection conducted in regards to complaints. Per complainants: Masks are not being worn or enforced. No social distancing is occurring. Complaint findings: Observed employee wearing a face covering at the time of inspection. One customer walked in without a mask and was asked to put one on. Observed customers at the video machines with face coverings on. There is no barrier to protect employees and customers from being 6 feet apart from one another at the front service counter. Please provide plexi-glass or a similar barrier to protect customers and employees when at the front counter. Complaint will be left open to ensure other times of the day are in compliance with the current COVID-19 guidelines. |
