This inspection was completed per the request from owner to renew license for 2022.

No violations were documented at the time of inspection. Nothing has changed on the mobile bicycle cart or with the Cottage Food operation from the owners home location.

Okay to Operate once a signed application and payment for $310.00 is submitted to the KCHD.

Restrictions of the MRFE will be printed on the back of the license.

Provide approved hand sanitizer wipes.
If MRFE operates after sunset, ensure proper shatter proof lighting is provided.
Complete ingredient book must be provided at all times of operation. Cottage foods shall be properly labeled at the home before delviered to other locations including the MRFE Pop-cycle.

License will be mailed once all required items are submitted and processed.

Notes: There are plans for a future bakery location. Recommend checking with ODA regarding bakery and wholesale license requirements.
Discussed the requirements for a mobile van license that would used as a second MRFE.

Cottage foods are exempt at farmers markets and a license is not required. A license is required at all other events. Please contact the the Local Health district if an additonal license is needed when operating at two events. An additional MRFE license can be issued issued by the KCHD or a Temporary RFE license can be purchased.
