Handwashing sink water below 100°F in the back room. Observed mixing valve below the sink that appears to need adjustment.
3717-1-06.4(A) / Repairing.
Repeat Observed caulking around hand washing sinks and dump sinks on the front counter to be damaged or missing. Recaulk where needed to created a coved finish to help ensure proper cleaning.
