| A standard/30 day inspection was attempted on this day. Observed the FSO is not in operation and has been closed since the late May early June. Discussed with the manager regarding plans to reopen. The operator plans to reopen once employees are available and properly trained. This FSO will need to be inspected before operating. Please contact the KCHD 10 days before the planned reopen date to schedule a inspection. |
