3717-1-03.4(H)(1) / Ready-to-eat, time/temperature controlled for safety food - disposition.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Ready-to-eat, TCS food not properly discarded when required. Observed containers of feta cheese in the walk-in refrigeration unit past 7 day date mark. Observed containers being dated for 30 days. A product assesment shall be provided if you would like to extend this product past 7 days. PIC discarded the product.

3717-1-05.1(J) / Backflow prevention device - when required.
Critical Repeat No approved backflow prevention device or documentation of interior device on the plumbing system connected to the Bubly Dispense equipment.

3717-1-04.8(E)(1) / Single-service and single-use articles - storage
Repeat Improper storage of single-service and single-use articles. Observed the sandwich wrapping paper to be exposed to customers has the move past the sneeze guard to the register. A short movable plastic sign holder has been placed in this area and does not provided the needed sneeze guard protection as required. Provide a proper sneeze guard and/or protective container for the papers.

3717-1-04.2(C) / Drainboards.
Insufficient storage space provided for soiled and clean items. Ensure carts are not blocking the handwashing sink. Recommend installing more shelving for additional air drying space.

PIC stated the chemical dish machine is not currently being used. Ensure the machine is properly cleaning and sanitizing equipment before putting it back into use.
The violations documented shall be corrected and will be checked during next standard inspection.
