| Complaint on 21-Feb-2020 : An inspection was conducted in regards to a service request filed with the health department. Request: Concerned with the ceiling and objects in the building not being maintained clean. Addressed service request with owner of the food service. Per discussion with owner, they have a cleaning service that is used to maintain the ceilings and objects in the dining areas. Company does sections at a time and owner agreed that the next section that is upcoming to be cleaned (middle), needs to be cleaned. Findings: Observed dirt, dust, or other debris building up on the ceiling and area around the middle fan above the hostess area. The facility including ceiling and objects shall be maintained clean. Continue to maintain the facility. The service request is now considered closed. |
