Comments
Operation has hired a licensed pest control agency for pest abatement. Observed base molding was installed and shelves were modified to allow storage of food items at least 6 inches above the floor. To improve the effectiveness of pest management, visually inspect all areas of the facility daily for evidence of pest activity. Continue to provide cleaning and sanitization for all surfaces that become soiled. It is often necessary to move equipment away from walls for easier cleaning in hard to reach areas where pests may hide. Further progress will be checked at the time of the next standard inspection.
