3717-1-04.8(E)(1) / Equipment, utensils, linens - storage.
Improper storage of laundered linens near the back door. Stored unprotected and in an unclean container.

3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Repeat Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted. Observed damaged gaskets for equipment throughout the facility.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Observed an accumulation of food residue or debris on nonfood contacts surfaces of the refrigeration units which include the door handles, doors, gaskets, and door lids throughout the facility.

3717-1-05.1(S) / Plumbing system - maintained in good repair.
Plumbing system not properly maintained or repaired. Observed handwashing sink at the server area leaking water under the sink and possible leak for the plumbing in the back dry storage room.

Complaint on 06-Apr-2023 :
Per complainant: Ice, water with lemon, soda, all tasted like the mold/dirty. Caused the customer vomit on their way home. Had a buffalo chicken salad as well. They believe there is an issue with the water, ice and soda dispensing.
Complaint findings: Drink equipment and ice machine was maintained clean. Lemons are being washed and handled properly peer discussion with PIC. The FSO has not received any other complaint regarding bad tasting water/soda. Pepsi has been maintaining the drink lines.
The complaint is now considered closed.

Ensure ice scoops and holders are being cleaned and sanitized every 24 hours.
Ensure high temp dish machine is monitored with high temp labels or a max reading thermometer.
Limit the amount of time TCS food is being left out for preparation.
TCS foods that are left out for ease of cooking shall be implemented in the 4-hour tilt procedure.

The violations documented shall be corrected and will be checked during next standard inspection.
