| This inspection was conducted in response to a Facility Review submittal for extensive alterations to the dining room, customer self-service area and rest rooms. Overall, the alterations have been approved with the understanding that the follow will be completed: 1) Provide additional lighting over the customer self-service area (soda machine). Light shall be at least 20 foot candles. 2) Provide a coved base molding/finish around the self-service area walls and floor junctures and all other locations as needed. 3) Provide proper hand washing supplies, signs, trash cans (one with a lid in women's) in each rest-room. 4) Replace/repair the damaged wall by the ware washing sinks. Seal and provided proper coved base molding. 5) Complete the install of tiles, wall removal, etc. in the front service area. The items above will be checked at a later date or at the next standard inspection. Owner stated all items above will be addressed asap. Okay to Operate. Review will now be considered completed. |
