Comments
Inspection was conducted in regards to owner requesting the licensor to review and approve the expansion of the patio.

Observed the patio expanded to provide additional outdoor dining. The expansion was provided with a proper barrier surrounding (concrete) that would limit outside access. A new layout of the facility that included the additional patio space was provided and will be maintained on file. The licensor (Local Health District) as approved the changes to the FSO's layout.

Discussed COVID-19 protocols and reviewed the prevention measures throughout the facility. Based on the review at the time of inspection, the FSO was in compliance.

Recommend posting the determined temporary occupancy at the front door of the FSO and a temporary occupancy for the patio space.
