| This inspection was completed per the request from owner to renew license for 2023. No violations were documented at the time of inspection. This MRFE was a tent set-up that will now be moved into a Mobile Van setup. A signed application and payment (check #1070) was received at the time of inspection. Okay to Operate Restrictions of the MRFE will be printed on the back of the license. Provide approved hand sanitizer wipes. If MRFE operates after sunset, ensure proper shatter proof lighting is provided. Complete ingredient book must be provided at all times of operation. License will be mailed once processed Notes: A future bakery location RFE is in the process. |
