[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-02.4(C)(2) / PIC: duties - ensure unnecessary persons are not allowed in food prep or storage areas.
Critical Repeat The FSO is not able to be properly secured during hours the FSO is closed and the Library is open to the public.

3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted. Observed damaged gasket for the prep refrigeration unit on the make line. Damaged gasket is no longer easily cleanable.

3717-1-05.1(S) / Plumbing system - maintained in good repair.
Repeat Plumbing system not properly maintained. Observed plumbing fixtures at all the sinks on the prep line unsecured and not functioning properly. PIC stated a work order with maintenance (UFM) has been put in the system and will be servicing the sink area soon.

Ensure utensils holders/surfaces are being cleaned and sanitized at the required frequency.
Ensure open containers of milk are being date marked unless used within 24 hours.
Ensure backflow prevention devices are installed if documentation can not be found for rinse features at the dump sinks.

The violations documented are to be corrected and will be checked during next inspection.
