| Complaint on 10-Apr-2017 : A customer called the Kent Health Department to file a complaint. Customer stated that a dog was seen eating from a chip bin. Also, customer stated that a returned order was given to another customer. The PIC was reminded that animals are not allowed in the FSO except for service animals in the dining room. Also, the PIC was reminded that returned orders may not be served to different customers. The PIC stated that these rules are followed by staff. No violations observed at time of inspection related to the complaint. |
