Critical Observed flying insects in the men's restroom, near the drink station at the drive thru window, and near the monitors at the front service area at the time of inspection.

Floor drains and floor and wall junctures throughout the facility not maintained clean.

Complaint on 05-Sep-2019 : Inspection was conducted in regards to a complaint. Per complainant: The building has a ton of flies, especially in the bathroom. Complaint findings: Observed multiple flying insects throughout the facility and the majority in the men's restroom at the time of inspection. Per discussion with PIC, facility has regular pest maintenance performed by a professional pest control company. Ensure report recommendations from pest company are being followed. Drive thru windows shall remain closed when not in use. A follow-up inspection will be conducted in a week to check on the flying insects.
