A letter requesting voluntary closure due to public health risk was presented to the Person In Charge at 11:30 AM. PIC refused to close.
City of Kent Health Board voted to suspend the license until the facility can be inspected and infestation can be observed as under control. Letter was posted on front window of the FSO.

FSO shall not operate until Health Board approves the FSO is no longer a risk to public health.
