Comments
This inspection is regarding a Facility Review that has been required due to the change of ownership.

In order for the facility review to be changed the following must be completed:
1) Replace the weather seal on the front door.
2) Provide FRP or similar material on all walls surrounding the Mop/service.
3) Provide a mop hanger in the mop storage room.
4) Provide proper food labels on all prepackaged foods sold at the cafe.
5) Front counter is in poor condition and made of wood. The new Cooler is been installed in a way that doesn't not allow for easy cleaning of the facility. Raise the counter or provided the cooler to be movable for cleaning. This issue does not need to be completed in order for facility review approval.
