Observed several pieces of non-commercial equipment throughout the kitchen at time of inspection (microwave, griddle, crockpot, electric skillet, etc.). Equipment is not approved by a recognized testing agency.
To prevent health hazards, discontinue the use of non-commercial equipment. Food equipment that is acceptable for use in a FSO or RFE shall be approved by a recognized food equipment testing agency.

Please provide a written procedure on how to respond to potential vomit/diarrheal events. Please incorporate the employee sick policy as indicated on the handout provided at time of inspection. By 3/1/17, the PIC is required to obtain Level Two Certification in Food Protection (ODH certified). |
