| Complaint on 03-Sep-2019 : Inspection was conducted in regards to a complaint. Per complainant: Found bone in Kung Pao Chicken, does not think it was chicken, and was asked to not call in for an order again. Complaint findings: Observed approved food sources at the time of inspection. Discussed food safety practices with employees. Boneless chicken breast is being used for the Kung Pao Chicken. Per discussion with management, the complainant was a regular customer and only orders delivery. The complainant has been refunded multiple times for complaints regarding the food and the last order is when the FSO stated the customer needs to dine in and they will not take anymore deliveries from the customer. Complaint is now considered closed. |
